Seventh graders in the CMS Engineering and Design program are busy creating their own Marble Run projects! Working in teams, students are challenged to design a track that allows a marble to travel as slowly as possible. Using a variety of materials, they move through the full design process: brainstorming, building, testing, analyzing, redesigning and testing again, all in pursuit of the slowest marble time. It is a fun and hands on way to practice creativity, problem solving and collaboration!
