Opportunities abound for students to engage with and to learn about the rich fabric of our town - a community of great vibrancy and spirit, welcoming to peoples of all kinds, appreciative of its artistic and cultural heritage – and actively engaged in collective decision-making about its future.

In turn, many opportunities arise for Westporters to participate in our school community - through attendance at sporting events, drama productions, art shows, or band and orchestra concerts.

Three Dimensions of Health Game Design

Sixth graders completed their final assessment for the introductory unit on the Three Dimensions of Health—Physical, Mental, and Social. As part of this assessment, they applied the S.M.A.R.T. Goal framework to create a health-themed game that their classmates could play. The project required them to incorporate elements of physical, mental, and social health into the game design, ensuring that it was both educational and engaging.
