The CMS Science Olympiad team placed 2nd overall at the Ridgefield Invitational, earning medals in 18 of 23 events, including six first-place finishes. This strong start reflects hard work, initiative, and great sportsmanship, and sets an exciting precedent for the remainder of the competitive season.
Workshop students recently immersed themselves in an exciting three-day Cardboard Challenge, where creativity and innovation were on full display. Students designed and built wearable creations, from imaginative hats to expressive masks, and engineered interactive games and mazes. Throughout the challenge, they brainstormed, built, tested, and refined their ideas, collaborating with peers and demonstrating impressive problem-solving skills.
