CMS YEARBOOK SALE 2024

Yearbooks are now on sale.

Wednesday, January 31st, will be the last day to choose the option to have students' yearbooks personalized. For an added cost, families/students may choose to have their name/nickname printed on the front lower right corner of the yearbook cover. 

To Order:

1. Go to www.coffeepond.com.

2. Click on the Order Yearbooks button.

3. Enter the password CMS_YB2024 and select online order and continue.

4. Enter the child’s name & grade and the book quantity.

5. Enter your email under contact and select add to cart.

6. If you have another child to order for, please select order for another child. If not, you can finish checking out.

YEARBOOK PERSONALIZATION

Add your name or nickname to the front cover of your yearbook.

If you choose this option the order must be placed prior to January 31st.

3 TIER PRICING

-EARLY BIRD PRICE - $35

-Beginning on February 12, 2024 the price will increase to $40

-Online Ordering will close on April 10, 2024.  Yearbooks will only be accepted by email first come, first serve - $45.

CMS YEARBOOK - 8th GRADE TODDLER PHOTO SUBMISSION 

The CMS tradition will continue as we highlight our graduating 8th grade students in the yearbook.  Parents/students are asked to send in a digital photo from their preschool/toddler years (age 2-4).  Submission due date is Friday, March 15, 2024

THIS TRADITION IS FOR 8TH GRADERS ONLY. 

Photo Submission:  

• Email a digital photo to - cquinn@westportps.org

• Include the child's FIRST and LAST name, team or homeroom name. 

• ONE picture only. 

• High resolution photo that only includes your CMS student. 

• A confirmation email will be sent when the photo is received. 

• Photo does not need to be a school portrait.
