Events
Counseling services focus on three main aspects of development:
- Academic - Academic Guidance
- College and Career - College and career awareness, exploration and planning services
- Personal/Social - Social, emotional counseling services to students and their families
Components of the Counseling Program
* Classroom Counseling (4-6 times a year) also known as Developmental Guidance
* Individual and small group counseling
* Parent and staff consultation
* Coordination of school-wide programs
* Consultation with outside agencies
How does the child see the counselor?
* Student Support Team & I.E.P.
* Teacher Referral
* Administrative referral
* Parent referral
* Self-referral
